Pricing

Fees charged by time worked


Each day of work starts with 1 hour min. charge ($50) with additional time billed at $12.50 per 15 min. Once work has begun for a client on a particular day, all of their required tasks will be approached on that day (if possible). 


Administrative work 


Document Preparation:       min. 3 hours per major asset / collection set. Additional time at regular rate. 
Maintenance:     min. 30 minutes per major asset / collection set. Additional time at regular rate. 


Errands and physical work

  • $20 charge for all errands / shopping tasks to cover petrol, parking, any other expenses incurred

  • Time running errands charged in 15 min. blocks at $12.50 per block 

  • Travel time to and from errand destination charged as a single 15-minute block, unless more than 20km away, then additional travel time will be billed based on time taken to travel additional distance

  • Cost of items purchased either to be paid by client at time of purchase (provide credit card) or invoiced with 5% surcharge on invoiced purchase amount

Billing and payment terms

Time will be billed on the last day of each month, with 14-day payment terms. 
Late payments will incur a fee. 

​

Fees or payments for any tasks sitting outside of the above will be assessed on a case by case basis.
